Raging for more handouts from the machine

Occupy SXSW: Tom Morello carries Woody Guthrie torch through protest showcase, street party. Another has been Marxist Millionaire looking to bring oppression to the masses while enriching the very corporatist bosses that aren’t making enough money from his albums anymore.

  • ha! Just learned he was on "Iron Man" as the first terrorist that got his ass killed by the proto Iron Man. hilarious... The boy is indeed part of the 1% and has the nerve to act like he is one of the 99%. "Hypocrisy on Parade"

  • Now that Spring is arriving and the weather warming the Occubots are regrouping. Looks like it's going to be a long, hot summer as the OWSers try to scare Americans into voting for Obama as the only man between their homes and their incomes and pitchfork crowd.

  • Ain't it odd that when there's a ditch to be dug or gas to be pumped or some other 99 percenter-type work to be done, these blowhards are nowhere to be seen. But when there's a protest "demonstration" with cameras (there gotta be CAMERAS!) then they all come slidin' outta the woodwork. Interesting.

  • The leaderless, group of chanting morons with no purpose in life can now have a song..How about "what kind of fool do you think I am"?...

    • He was in a band called Rage Against the Machine. They were very popular with the mainstream in the nineties. However they were also the topic of a fairly significant amount of derision and laughter for making a lot of money for the "man" (and themselves) while ostensibly sticking it to him.

      • Morello is 1 of the best rock guitarists out there, he's really very good. But I cannot support Rage Against The Machine or Audioslave, which he was also part of, since they are too political & angry. System of a Down, which Morello has nothing to do with, is another act that is angry & political. Life is too short to listen to activist rock & metal. I don't need it, & there is plenty of other stuff out there to enjoy.
