The 9th Circuit Court of Appeals ruled for the Trump administration Monday in a case challenging its use of waivers to bypass environmental regulations in constructing parts of the border wall.
The state of California and several environmental groups sued President Donald Trump and the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) in September 2017 to stop construction of a border wall prototype and ongoing repairs to 14 miles of an existing barrier in San Diego.

I think they are worried Trump will split them into 2 courts, and pack it with judges who rule on the law, and not FEELZ!
Getting constantly over turned at the Supreme Court has gotten through to the clowns of the 9th Circus. As the dip shits keep trying to move the goal post, they are going to wonder what that this is as Trump kicks them upside the head and declares a national emergency.
One of these idiots still dissented.....That's why they need to be replaced with someone who actually read a law book and doesn't rule on their "feelings"...
