The good news on the Ninth story is that this isn't over. The Supreme court now has three diverse opinions from the Appellate courts on the Second Amendment. They will have to overturn something. If they say that the 2nd doesn't apply to states, they open a can of worms saying much of the rest of the Constitution also doesn't apply - That would create a HUGE legal mess. Get your popcorn ready!
