Next to the sign you could put out little poop bags like they do in the doggie parks...You know thinking of it I would rather spend time in a doggie park than an OWS orgy. The dogs are a lot better company and smarter.
"It's the law" What? These assholes absolutely have no respect for other people, the country, common decency, personal hygiene, and certainly not the law. They have literally spit in the face of police officers that were ordered by liberal politicians to finally enforce the law. What is going to happen to the very few who were arrested? Taxpayers will pay for lawyers to make a half hearted attempt to prosecute them. Taxpayers will pay for legions of lawyers to defend them. And, taxpayers will pay for liberal judges (pardon the redundancy) to dismiss the cases. And that is why they dont give a rats ass about "the law".

Looks like a perfect place for a water cannon to me. Without a whole lot of effort, or chance of infection, a water cannon will clear not only the refuse, but any and all leftover hypodermic needles and other infectious bodily fluids. It also will cleanse the area of that pesky remnant pepper spray, and or tear gas.
