ACLU lawyer has real bad day in court. Omar Jadwat, at the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals, was trying to attack the president’s executive order limiting travel, but for the first time he was talking to judges who didn’t get their law degrees from the back of a Cheerio box. Omar did not fare well.

The ONLY TIME anyone, and I do mean ANYONE from the aclu appears in a courtroom it should ONLY BE as the ACCUSED! This ANTI-AMERICAN, communist, socialist, Marxist, NAZI LIKE organization has been at the forefront of the DESTRUCTION of America and American Values since the earliest days of it's inception!

That was a great listen. My favorite part (I'm paraphrasing):
Yes your honor, if Hillary had done the same exact thing it would have been Constitutional.
And then another judge says, "So you're saying the order on its face is constitutional?" And he practically has a nervous breakdown, finally saying, "No, your honor, because it's so unprecedented!" "So you're saying the first time anybody does something it's always unconstitutional?" They were almost incredulous at his stupidity.
I was almost rolling on the floor at that point. I absolutely could not believe what I was hearing. Seriously, Back of the Cheerio Box Law School might have been too rigorous for him.
Apparently the ACLU has become used to arguing before judges who have the George Soros Seal of Approval; all the more reason to support Trump as long as he appoints conservative judges.
Apparently Judge shopping didn't work for the ACLU this time. Like the old saying, "you pays your money and takes your chances".....We need more judges who stop the bullshit in it's tracks and squash little ACLU communist pricks on the spot.
"Yes, I'd like to return this judge. It's not working the way I expected it to. I'd like my money back."
