Actually, very few frivolous suits are dismissed without costing the defendants quite a bit of money defending against them. And often the suits go on to victory for the frivolous plaintiff.

I was referring to lawsuits that are immediately dismissed, for lack of legal merit. Your website, of course, says nothing about them, because they're trying to convey the image to gullible people like you that judges aren't capable of telling which suits have legal merit, and which don't.
In Right Wing Fantasyland, Joe Sixpack is as qualified as anyone else to determine legal merit (even if his only familiarity with the case came from a one-sided blurb in Reader's Digest, and even if he doesn't know a danged thing about the law). Olivia, please get back on the meds. The Tea Party was inspired, in part, by the Austrian School. It was also inspired by Friedman and the Chicago school. God, you are uninformed. The progressive label began with the left and it dates back decades. It is inarguable. Further, you don't know anything about Hayek, classical liberalism, or really anything related to those subjects that you didn't get from me. In fact, you once tried to argue that the term "liberal" wasn't bastardized by the left, which of course it was since modern liberalism bears no resemblance to classical liberalism.
