His Nobel Prize was a participation trophy, much like Al Gore's. Purely political in nature as well.

I'm surprised that a photo with Obama would be a positive thing in Albania. If you remember, Obama-the-candidate promised way back in 2007 or 2008 to recognize the Turkish massacre of Albanians officially if he became president, then promptly reneged on that promise once he was elected. I would think Albanians worldwide would be more than a little miffed about that.
The democrats had already bought them off with land from another country and only US-backed UN presence and a treasonous regime prevent Serbians from reclaiming what is rightfully theirs!
I suspect you are thinking of Kosovo, not Albania. The nation of Albania predates Clinton's escapades in Serbia by about 85 years and even predates the former Yugoslavia from which Serbia (and then Kosovo) was formed. I confess, the various ethnicities in the mess that used to be Yugoslavia boggles my mind. So many countries out of one - it's the opposite of the U.S. motto.
