Alleged comedian believes a certain level of respect should be given to the office of the presidency

Alleged comedian unhappy over Brewer-Obama tarmac incident, says a certain level of respect should be given to the office of the presidency. Yeah, the Hollywoodenheads were all over this when Bushitler was being portrayed as a chimp, right? Well, no, they were giving awards to movies fantascizing about his assassination. Funny word that “respect.”

  • Marin Bashir on his MSNBC show wondered if Herman Cain could spell "Iraq". Bashir and Maher are both hypocrites who want a respect shown to others that they often don't show. Maher calling the Governor of Arizona an "idiot" in the clip is an example.

  • "Martin Bashir identified the moment as part of a pattern over the past few years of conservatives attempting to make Obama out to seem more radical and liberal than he actually is." LOL Impossible.

  • Maher and assholes like him, couldn't walk ten feet in my neck of the woods without getting an "adjustment".
Stay in Hollyweird Billy where you are one of the many.

  • Some one once told me this. You can not demand respect. You can only earn it. barry and his followers need to remember that. The current occupant of the White House not earned it. He feels he can bully anyone who even slightly disagrees with him. His actions remind me of that spoiled child that lived down the lane.

If he doesn’t get his way and play the games he wants to play. He'll pout, throw a fit and then go home. Well come 1/20/13, barry can take his stuff and go home.

  • Bill Maher calling for "respect" toward the President (or toward anybody for that matter) is an unbelievable act of hypocrisy. Maher has made a career of nasty, foul mouthed, scurrilous attacks on Republicans, conservatives, Christians and Red Staters and now he calls for "respect".

Go f*** yourself Bill, do it today.

  • Someone should tell Bill Maher that respect has to be earned, and so far "Dear Leader" has done nothing to do so. I've read that "Dear Leader" goes into raging tizzies when he reads or hears anything negative about himself.
I would love the chance to tell "Dear Leader" what I think of his performance to date, too bad I'd end up in Leavenworth for 20 years.

  • Just imagine for a moment that Gov. Brewer had been a Democrat female politician. And that Pres. Obama had been a Republican male politician. Imagine the outcry from feminists over how he was towering over her, and using body language to intimidate her, and taking her by the arm.

(hehehe...I said "imagine Obama was a male politician)

    • We don't have to imagine. It happened in the NY Senate race debate, when I-don't-remember-his-name (Lazio?) went over to Hilary and asked her if she'd sign some pledge. The media had a harrumph-fest for a week after that, with all sorts of psychobabble being tossed around on tv, something about "invading her space" (which is acceptable only if you're a smelly, lice-infested hippie apparently), and intimidating. It's amazing how quickly the smartest, strongest woman in the world became a delicate little flower.

      • Running from your giant jet airliner across the tarmac under sniper fire will do that to an iron beyotch...
