• I don't know about Not so Silent, but every now and then I get hit with "the envelope" please and have to go pee in a cup. The claim is that its random, but I tend to get mine just after articulating my point of view with those who are supposed to be much more enlightened. I don't care, I've even offered a hair folic or two.

  So if those in Public Safety must do the pee thing, why not all of the federal government? To include, congress and their staff, the administration and the federal court personnel, to include the SCOUST. If you are going to say its legal, then by all means it is legal for all. Not just the selected few.
