Holy crap. Yeah, that changes everything if it's true. It means the running from the police was all for show. It means the police would know the guy and not have any desire to hurt him. And it means the ridiculous charges are even less appropriate than we thought.
It won't stop this prosecutor from trying to make a spectacle of this.
The prosecutor is getting help from Holder's DOJ. , plus she has been promised a plum assignment somewhere in the fed if she does good...Fabricated evidence and witness lies anyone?
