      • You might be right, but I suspect this was simply a propaganda response to yesterday's news about the extent of the sea ice. They don't have to win every point - they just have to sow confusion amongst the masses. The headline alone will seep into gullible brains and prop up the Global Warming meme.

        • Oh that is why they ran the article in the first p km ace, no doubt. But the more recent story about the ice came to close to publication, even had they wanted to hold off on the Penguin article. Not that I think they would have, but still.. . .

          • According to NN their website it contains whey, milk solids, and non fat dry milk. However its mostly water, high fructose corn syrup, cornsyrup solids and vatious chemical additives. Stick . with chocolate or strawberry milk.

          • Actually the oldest reference of the word Yahoo that I know of is from the book Gulliver's Travels (1726) and he describes a Yahoo as - humanoid- Their shape was very singular, and deformed, they had beards like goats, strong claws extending before and behind, no tails and a long ridge of hair down their backs. They were also known to fling their feces at people. I never beheld in all my travels so disagreeable an animal.

          • LOL I remember when I was in high school and I read Gulliver's Travels and ran across that and by that time Yahoo! was already a famous and worldwide known search engine so I laughed to myself on that. You are right, Yahoo! is no longer all of that and their Kardashian obsessive reporters get on my nerves.

  • But with that larger ice accumulation it's possible for a really large chunk to break off and float around, knocking over islands.....like Guam.

  • You knuckle dragging right wing loons. Looking at record sea ice extents and the actual temperature data showing the earth is cooling is anti-science. Truly enlightened sciencey people look at computer models and what a man that washed out of college has to say.

    Clearly this is just more proof that global warming is happening and that human activity is causing it. The only way to save the planet is for 99% of humanity to lower their standard of living so that 1% can jet around, have big houses, and motorcades to tell us all of our evils.
