• As a competition shooter, instructor, range officer and all around gun nut i'm around guns most of the day.
  I'd rather be shot at by a sub machine gun than a standard rifle. The chances of being hit a less.
  Most people can't shoot "machine guns" worth a damn. they shoot the ceiling which I have to fix.
  I don't own any autos but a few friends do, lots of fun to shoot but until you learn how to control the recoil and climb it's hard to hit the target.

  Of course a experienced sub-gun shooter is another story, no way I'd want to the target then.

  I know a IDPA shooter who shoots a 1911 race gun faster than a auto, and he hits the target every time. It sounds like an auto when he's banging away- very cool stuff.

  The lib doesn't have a clue what he's spewing about, all he knows is its his job to say "guns bad" "gay good" and that's the extent of his vocabulary.

          At the airport there's an old guy that was an aircraft mechanic in the Soviet military, and he defected with a Mig-29, way back when. Now, it's owned by some rich dude in Palm Springs, hangared and maintained by the same mechanic in Mecca. I had the pleasure of hanging out with the old guy, and seeing the Mig fly a few times.
