Archie Comics CEO sued for gender discrimination. Nancy Silberkleit is accused of calling male employees “Penis” instead of using their names. Her official response in a court filing is that white males are not a protected class so she can call them whatever she wants… otherwise known as the “Eric Holder Theory of Civil Rights.”

It seems, by the cartoon at the top of this thread, that not only is she a stiff necked sexist, but she exploits female employees as well, seeing as she has relegated them to the traditional weaker sex character role.
Ladies please forgive me for this one. Here goes. So if a white male calls her a vagina or a street term like cunt, will she fire them? I thought the NAGs were all about equality. Yet again they prove this not too be. Equality is only for those who feel as if they are some type of victim because of gender, race, age or some other catagory. Here's hoping that when this gets to court, there's a white male judge presiding and she tries this defense.
Obviously this is very disgusting and obviously she has NO IDEA how the law works. This "protected class" business is idiotic. She should never work for any other corporation again.
