A tech bubble? No we are in a 20 trillion debt bubble, just wait till the dollar loses it's reserve currency status, then enjoy the spectacle of what happens when all those EBT cards stop working.

Why do you think the Obummer told Ms. YellowStain to keep the interest rate where it is? They know that if the Federal Reserve raises the rate the Wall Street bubble would blow shit all over them and he wants to leave office before that happens. No matter who gets elected President next year he/she is going to get the shit splattered all over them.

Yep. The real estate bubble isn't quite as bad this time but it will blow when the feds are forced to raise interest rates and there will be no bailouts this time.
