Meanwhile, Italy is not at all pleased about being used as the quarantine place for American troops coming out of West Africa:

They didn't even volunteer to go to West Africa either. So a nurse who got off a flight with a temperature can throw a temper tantrum and she gets to go home. The service personnel followed the orders given to them and they get 21 days in quarantine. This is bull shit!!
