That isn't filibustering. Filibustering is talking about anything and everything on the senate floor to stall to kill a bill. This is just pure unmitigated bullshitting.
The headline is misleading, Holder is Obama's shield here. Holder is doing what he is doing because he is doing Obama's bidding. Holder would go to prison & Obama would almost have to resign or be impeached if the truth about F&F REALLY came to light. F&F came right from the top, there was nothing "botched", it worked as planned until it was exposed, & now they are stalling for time.
Well, Obama being an ass, that makes Holder literally an asshat. Confirms a theory I had.
Just round them all up and ship them to Mexico, where they should be made to tell the drug lords that they want their weapons back.
