I have always been a 'Sunny Pessimist', which means I hope for the best and expect the worst. I hope there is a Romney landslide, but I expect there will be a fair amount of skulldugery, especially in OH, PA, MI and FL.
Don't worry. If it ever seems like Obama might win, Romney can just pull the "ron paul" trick and find some loophole to cancel Obama's votes.
Why don't you make like Jimmy Hoffa & disappear.

In fairness to Bob Beckel, his comment, made on Fox's The Five - was nothing more than pure sarcasm. Ol Bob has actually been pretty quiet on The Five this week - a welcome silence I might add.

No, Beckel has been in politics for way too long to not know what's gonna go down. Hell, he was the campaign manager when Mondale got steamrolled. He's been on that side of the coin, & he knows what's coming on election day. Obama is going down hard.

Beckel is small potatoes compared to some of the other mouthpieces on the leftard side of the equation, but I'm not going to sit our the nest 10 election cycles simply because that's just how bad off we are. We have Judges to worry about and we have local politics to worry about and we need to get constitutional originalists into offices at all levels. We can't do that by coasting anywhere!

I do not trust Beckel, but some have said, including Rush, that it will be a landslide victory. I agree.

I don't think Romney will try to slide now. He has to be pretty tough to get where he got in the business world, I think he is smart and tough enough to keep fighting until he is elected.

Run up the score until the last second on the clock! Don't rest for a second and don't be distracted by the likes of Beckel... or crowley!

I mean I agree we can't relax until Wednesday morning -- even later if they decide they want to sue their way to victory -- but bottom line - 1) With any luck, it is indeed over and 2) if these are the numbers the Collaborationist Media admit to, it's probably an even bigger spread.
Schmeckel is a total Dem tool, and would do or say anything to further the cause.

Like Dana said... Obummer has to have something up his sleeve he's holding on to until the last second... That's how he won his state seat in Illinois. He held on to info that the other guy didn't have enough sigs to be on the ballot until the day before the election....
I don't see how the Obummer can have anything up his sleeve that means anything. Romney doesn't drink, smoke, do drugs, is a commited family man, a man of faith that backs up his beliefs with his charitable contributions and, after watching the speeches at the Alfred E. Newman banquet earlier, proved once again to me that he truly is a man with class.
Doesn't mean they won't try to do something underhanded. It's the Chicago way. Look how desperately they are spinning the binders of women meme. Or Tagg Romney saying he wanted to take a swing at the president. As soon as they think it would be hopeless for Romney to fight it, they'll release something, even if it is made up.

At least half of Romney's votes were really for Paul but Romney stole those again.
