Swear to God, this man is as senile as Biden. Did you hear him at his confirmation hearing? "Uh... uh... uh..." The man has about two brain cells in operation. He cannot string a complete sentence together without losing his train of thought. Then he talked about the investigation of the bombing of the Capitol on January 6th. The "bombing"?
