It's been proven Russian election interference did not happen with President Trump. Not so much with Bo and Joe.
Even Mulefaces report points out that quagmire and plugs knew of attempts in 2014 as well as 2016 that the Russians had been snooping around the elections. Hell quagmire tried to subvert the only real ally the US has in the Middle East by meddling in the Israeli elections.
Perhaps Joe Dumb as a rock Biden is one of those people getting alzheimer's meds at the capitol pharmacy....That would explain a lot...
