Dear Taxpayer:
As you are no doubt aware, President Obama raised America’s debt ceiling on August 1, 2011. This new level unfortunately was surpassed on August 29, 2011.
Congress has been notified that, despite passing of the Emergency Asset Seizure Act on November 29, 2012, there is still not enough revenue to pay for the debt. This will require a new tax base. Therefore, we need all hard-working patriotic Americans to assist us in creating this new tax base.
According to our records, you have claimed no dependents on your tax returns for the last several years. This obviously means that you have no children. We need you to rectify this situation immediately.
You are hereby notified that you are required to produce three (3) children within the next five calendar years. The sex of the children is unimportant. It will be your sole responsibility to raise these children to become hard-working tax-paying citizens. Failure to do so will be punishable by a fine of fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) for every year that each offspring fails to file a non-refund tax return – i. e., a tax return that requires a payment to the Internal Revenue Service.
Example: if all three offspring fail to file a non-refund tax return, you will be fined one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000) for that year.
According to your medical records, you have had a vasectomy. You are hereby required to present yourself within ten business days to a clinic where this condition will be reversed. Please contact your local Internal Revenue office for a referral. Failure to do so will result in a fine of one thousand dollars ($1,000) per business day past the due date.
As the Patient Protection And Affordable Care Act is not in effect at this time and your current medical plan does not cover it, you will be required to pay for the surgery to reverse your vasectomy.
Since your tax returns list your status as “divorced”, be advised that you will NOT be required to marry. You will be responsible for finding a female of child-bearing age and capability to fulfill your requirement – one will NOT be provided to you.
