Heat-packing Confederate flag supporters rallied around the Jefferson Davis memorial in Richmond, Va. Thursday after the Confederate leader’s monument was found spray-painted with the phrase “Black Lives Matter.”

There are efforts within the black community to end black on black violence and violence in general.

Those programs were put in place to spend money and CLAIM that something is being done. No other reason.
There are plenty of feelgood programs out there that some asshole politiian decided should be done to make him/her look like they care..You really think people like Hank Island Sinker Thompson/Shirley Jerkoff Lee, or Charlie Tax Cheat Rangel give a shit about ghetto blacks? No one smidgen....They use these poor folks as a decoration and to get them stirred up to cause more problems.
Until the Blacks realize they are still in bondage to their demotard slave masters, and get their act together on families and fathers...nothing is gonna change....nothing.....and that is speaking with decades of experience dealing with societies problems in the ghetto...

Your first link is 5 years old. This weekend shows just how useless the effort was.
Your second link says nothing. Midnight basketball was more successful at stopping the violence than this program.
I can't speak to the 3rd link, since I don't live in Massodipshits, but the lack of news about a decline of black on black crime in Springfield, speaks volumes.
The 4th link is 6 years old, and Newark, NJ is still one of the most dangerous cities in America. I used to work there, and driving through there at 4 am, and seeing children as young as 5-6 running around on the streets, unsupervised, tells me what I need to know about the success of any efforts to stop violence there.
I live just outside Baltimore and although there is much discussion about the epidemic of violence in the last month , there is absolutely no discussion as to the root cause and thus the real cure .
As I tell folks , --- When you point to imaginary causes to real problems , only imaginary solutions are ever permitted which always produces imaginary results .
That won't stop Barky from touting how wonderful the imaginary results are, he just won't mention the imaginary part.
I'm not much of a city boy, I live as far from a town as I can and still be in the same county, so I don't know how things go in the urban areas like you live in.
Here is my idea on the problems in the cities and the young who reside there: Lack of parental supervision. Period, the end.
Welfare children becoming welfare mothers, with no man in the house. People who don't know how to be a responsible adult having kids and have no idea of how to raise a responsible adult. This trend started a lot of years ago and is getting worse.
Let them kill each other, I no longer care. As much as I detest communism and everything it stands for, one thing I will give the commies, if you don't work, you don't eat. Altruism is no longer in my vocabulary, I'm sick of seeing where my tax money goes.

Yea I am kind of disappointed, they could have done much better given the thugs that populate those cities. I suggest the city leaders set goals of at least 100 shootings a weekend in each city. They hit the goals and the thugs get free beer and a boost in their EBT cards and maybe even a meeting with the president at the white house.
