  • There is so much about this that is deeply troubling. How this escalated to the level of the football team involvement, makes me wonder, WHO exactly is behind and funding this BULLSHIT protest. *SNIFF SNIFF* do I smell the tainted stench of Soros cash here?
    Second, HOW the athletic director ALLOWED this to happen, when you know damn good and well the majority, if not all of these football players are on a scholarship for a 'team' that is ranked 4-5 is beyond absurd. However he will have to deal with the wrath of the boosters and the Alumni. That AssHat coach Gary Pinkel is and has had an unremarkable SEC run. Let's see how long his sorry butt remains there. I assure you, when he is kicked to the curb, that will be the end of his grossly overpaid football coaching career.
    The most concerning though is that a group of students can dictate and cause the resignation of a President of 4 years and a 1 year chancellor. Since when did students in the USA have such absurd power? Granted, I agree that this is the academic bitch slap that the University(ies) have brought upon themselves with the progressive culture they create. However, this blonde one has to ask, where will this stop? Once these obnoxious, spoiled rotten, empowered, worthless kids realize the power that they wield we are in BIG TROUBLE.

    • The football players were drafted into this, because sports generates $85 million a year to the school, and football is the primary reason.

    • First, racism is not to be defended and i think we overwhelmingly believe that... however, these responses are so legalistically canned now that it is becoming beyond bizarre to see otherwise normal-looking species of any kind reacting this way. it is the same greed for money & power that drives this evil as any other business or enterprise that lures people to stir up or violate society. No different, and sorry, but no excuse can justify it... particularly when the same bunch of idiots insist on peaceful methods in dealing with international enemies.

      This is so see-through stupid, it may require an insurrection from what's left of the normal population. Unfortunately, the law is effectively captured, and has been since dingleberry's been the head radical in charge. Hasn't anyone noticed? We are their enemy, as hildaberry stated correctly.

      Just wait until 4 years of college becomes K-16, and the DOE acts as the architect and draft board for this new "privilege." It will be in lieu of military service, so when Junior gets a choice from the judge, it'll be college instead of going into the army. Not that we want everyone that stupid in the military, but i think we're kinda late in saving that department as well, anymore.

      • Actually, it had been decades since the military has accepted anyone with a shaky record. When I joined in 1981, I almost wasn't accepted because of my driving record, and I had nothing more than the standard speeding tickets that any kid had.
        If you don't have a High School diploma, you are hard pressed to get in now. GEDs are even being scrutinized.
        The military, as a whole, has tried very hard to overcome the last resort reputation, and the post Vietnam dearth of enlistees is no longer a problem.

        • okay, well that's good. i was just going by what a couple former navy guys are telling me about how things are on the ships lately.

          • Well, I can't vouch for the Navy, but from what I have experienced, the military doesn't take criminals. What they turn out to be like later is another thing.
            I had a roommate that was busted for being a major dealer in weed, and I didn't even know it until much later, when I was informed that I had been under surveillance for months and was in the clear!

          • i wouldn't be doing anything stupid in the Navy or anywhere, myself. i don't have luck with anything mischievous whatsoever if it involves the law. even something as lame as the minute i make a right turn on red, where you're not supposed to, i get busted.

          • You have that 'luck' too? Guess who almost swallowed a fly once, spit on the sidewalk and when I looked up it was officer not-so friendly standing there. Story of my life, I swear I haven't even jaywalked in decades because I know the second I do Dudley Do-Right will be right there with his ticket book.

  • Someone forgot to tell the administration that they killed tens of millions of people who were actual citizens of Russia and China at a very strangely similar time during the turn of the last century before this one. Tons of very surprised people died that never thought such a betrayal would occur.

  • They had some geeky AA kid on the news talking about how he's been called the "N" word. Soooo, the president of the university and this putz resigning is going to change that...How? These schmucks resigning are going to eradicate racism? Misguided, idealistic idiots.

    • Hells bells, I hear that every single day when getting out to investigate something and its being used by blacks of all ages. If you check into this shit stirrers past, you can bet he has used it as well.

      If you hate the word, DO NOT USE IT!!!!! If you use it, then be prepared to have it used back at you. Even the late Richard Pryor stopped using it in his stand up.
