  • Yea, the cops just decided to kill him for not paying taxes on black market cigarettes....He was a career criminal, perhaps if he decided not to fight and instead submit to the arrest, poof, he gets a ticket and has a heart attack on his own time. He was obese, but I am sure you think that has nothing to do with it either...

      • You're kind of right. Big Government contributed to Garner's death. Only an idiot or an opportunist would bring race into it. The police certainly did not intend to kill him but that result is directly attributable to the arrest policy surrounding selling loose cigarettes and Garner's refusal to comply. Oddly enough, it is the same people protesting the cops who argue for more government.
