What took them so long? Greenpeace has been harassing and terrorizing legitimate businessmen for decades. It's about time someone stepped up and put their nuts in a vise.
Greenpeace has gone Rouge. Seems to happen to every one of these do-gooder organizations after a period of time, Greenpeace, PETA, BLM, Climate Clingers, name one that is not corrupt and trying to front an agenda.
The Irony is one of those Climate Clinger idiots demanded Obama to use Rico against the "deniers" of Climate Change...And then he was found out to be a criminal himself....
A fascinating article; too bad most Greenies would rather burn it than read it. The timing is nice, too, as world 'leaders' continue to make fools of themselves in public while they try to figure out who in the 3rd World needs to be bribed(and how much) to pretend their ultimate 'Agreement' will do anything but increase human poverty.
The interesting thing about RICO is that you don't need to report malfeasance to the FBI. If you feel strongly that someone has violated the statute, you can prosecute them yourself. I think legislators wrote it that way because it was intended as a weapon against organized crime -- as in Mafia -- and they thought if the DAs and cops were in the pocket of the Mafia -- as they often were -- maybe some private citizen would have the balls to go after them instead. So any Tom, Dick, or Harry in America can file a RICO case if he wants.
