This was a state court ruling which should apply only in California, unless California has somehow annexed the rest of the country while I wasn't looking. Also, the ruling seems to apply only to footage of the three officials at the "tissue" distributor, and CMP supposedly has hours worth of video of other baby organ merchants.
That what I was wondering. wouldnt the ruling only be considered valid in California? How can it be valid on a national basis?
Looks like the "order" only pertains to any videos showing the "buyers" of baby parts. Any videos shot outside of CA are still "good to go"
Play the liberal game. Release the footage. Stonewall the Judge and then issue an apology and tell the Judge they will get to to bottom of it.
