• DUE PROCESS IS ONLY FOR A FEW SELCTIVE CITIZENS. DENIAL OF DUE PROCESS IS MOST PREVALANT IN NEW YORK STATE COURTS, BEGINNING WITH THE TRIAL COURTS CALLED AS STATE SUPREME COURT FOR THE COUNTY, AND THE PSEUDO JUDGES OPENLY ACCEPT THE BRIBES THROUGH THE DEFENSE ATTORNEYS, SUCH AS JUDGE JSC NEIL JON FIRETOG OR JSC GREENBERG WHO ARE NOT EVEN THE JUDGE OF THE SUPREME COURT ACCORDING TO THE STATE REGISTER AND THEIR ONLY FUNCTION IS TO CONTROL THE LAW ABIDING CITIZENS OF THE STATE BY ACCEPTING GUILTY PLEA. THESE TWO JUDGES SHOULD BE ADMONISHED AND BE CRIMINALLY PROSECUTED WITH CRIMES AGAINST HUMANITY, AND IF FOUND GUILTY SHOULD BE GIVEN THE ULTIMATE SENTENCE.

• They wanted to see who would notice and how long they could pull it off before the populace found out. This administration does not see or believe in the US Constitution. They are communist and nothing more.

• The gooberment has already taken over the Lame Stream Media, watch CNN, MSNBC, CSPAN or any of the network news shows for proof, so they have to go after the last bastion of true free speech, the internet.

  Only here, in the blogosphere, can all Americans be heard and share opinions. Liberal, conservative, the odd and whacky, the rude, crude and socially unacceptable, all are welcome without fear of censorship. The bottom line is a socialist government cannot allow the free exchange of ideas, it undermines their agenda, and the government we have today know this very well. I see more of this happening if the Obummer gets elected to a second term, all the better reason to dump the chump.

• A number of years back there was this baseball joke that went like this, --- " Earl Weaver dies and went to hell . Satan decided to check out his newest member . After some small talk , Satan challenged Earl to a game of baseball. Earl could pick and manage any player from any season he wanted . Earl asked Satan , " How you going to beat me is I choose all the best players ? " Satan's reply was , " I don't care what players you choose , I have all the umps on my side ."

  Most people believe its the Libs Vs the Conservatives as the battle of our day . So the Libs fight the Conservatives , the Conservatives fight the Libs , meanwhile behind the scenes an agency , who's sole purpose is to render a degree , always in favor of even more centralized government . We can throw out the libs . They can throw out the conservatives. We can do NOTHING about these agencies and they have the courts ( umpires ) to back them , giving them more and more power .

  There are those that are never asleep trying to bring about a One World Government . The ultimate man created hell. What stands in the way is whats left of our US Constitution . It limits and restricts the power of those that crave more than anything else , power it self. They know that to destroy the Constitution is the last gate to what they want.

  There was a scene in one of my favorite movies The Terminator , when Sarah Conner is in Mexico stopping to get gas . She is pregnant with a son. A little boy comes up to her , snaps her picture , then tries to hustle her for some money for the picture. She comes to agreement for the price for the picture. Then the little boy tells her " There's a storm coming ". She replies " yes I know ."

  Folks there's a storm coming , but most of us here are asleep.
