Some good things do happen while the Obummer is globe trotting talking about cow farts and windmills. One is he doesn't have time to read the bills on his desk when he gets home so he just signs them.

How the hell could he read any bills that pass across his desk, it has to either be on a teleprompter, or he'll find out on the nightly news.
I doubt he reads anything other than the sports page and the koran.

BTW, M-1 rifles from Korean War are so dangerous, that we can't have them, but a concealable .45 pistol is OK.
