• None of these facts are important. This is critical legal theory in action as was the Trayvon and Duke stories. Like a virus it will burn out eventually.

• More and more evidence is pointing to the simple fact that the deceased was a violent thug, and no amount of looting and protesting is going to change that. But thanks to the agendas of liberal "everybody is a victim crowd", the lame stream media, and race baiters like the Fat Rat, the truth will be ignored.

• I was listening to Tom Sullivan yesterday and he brought out the good old FBI statistics. There was something like 353 suspects shot last year, BUT only 96 were shot by white cops..and a lot of those shot were ....gasp....WHITE......I am feeling like going to Walmart and stealing me a new plasma TV to make me feel better about that.... So here we have Sharpton and Jerkson stirring the pot and perhaps President lady pants making a pilgrimage to help add fuel to the fire...In this case I can really say the Politicians and race baiters "acted stupidly"......
