British anti-terrorism apparatus does not exist. Why do we say that? Well, because one of this weekend’s mass-murdering Islamic thugs was in a documentary about jihadis last year, and invited all his friends to a farewell barbeque last week, and had been reported to police as a threat by neighbors multiple times, but nobody did a doggone thing.
