Hey, besides being unconstitutional, Obama’s CFPB recess appointment is meaningless! “The Dodd-Frank Act is very clear, even a law professor can probably understand this section, that authorities under the Act remain with the Treasury Secretary until the Director is ‘confirmed by the Senate’. A recess appointment is not a Senate confirmation.” So either he’s really stupid or he’s just fabricating another campaign issue. Or both.

And he's supposed to have a law degree. What a moron. This idiot couldn't put a jigsaw puzzle together. But idiots voted him into office. All he'll ever be is the worst president that tried to highjack America with his marxist muslim plan. Him and that wildebeest need to be living in a zoo NOT our White House.
Too bad Bohner and that other weasel McConnell don't even come close to having the stones to call "Dear Leader" on this. With clowns like these two, we're screwed.
We are paying these clowns to represent us so where are they? If they didn't know the Obummer was going to try to get around them with this back door tactic then they are either too stupid for the job or are hiding because, like you said, they don't have the balls to stand up for what is constitionally right.
Did I mention my head exploded yesterday?????
My vote is both and there are enough gullible people to believe them too.
The guy circumvents the Constitution on a daily basis, I don't think a line from the Dodd-Frank Act will hold him up much. I give Mr. Mark A. Calabria a thumbs up for trying though.
