Buffalo mayor calls elderly protester shoved by police an ‘agitator’

Buffalo cops caught on video pushing 75-year-old to the ground plead not guilty after mayor described man as ‘agitator.’ Fake blood? Crisis actor? Photoshop?

Officers Robert McCabe and Aaron Torgalski were both charged with second-degree assault, a class D felony. They were both released without bail after the hearing and will return to court July 20.

The officers have been suspended without pay and an internal affairs investigation launched after the incident was caught on video and showed the man, Martin Gugino, bleeding on the sidewalk. Gov. Andrew Cuomo said the video made him “sick to my stomach”.

Byron Brown, the mayor of Buffalo, N.Y., said Friday the 75-year-old man who was shoved to the ground by two cops the previous day was an “agitator” who had been asked to leave the area “numerous” times.

  • Now he can run for office as a communist and will win whatever shitty neighborhood he and his fellow agitators live in...

  • Two of the photos show him relaxing on the ground with his feet crossed, while making some sort of white nationalist supremacist signal with his left hand.

  • Where did you get that picture? I mean it doesn't surprise me because it looked like a fake fall from the very beginning, but I'm wondering why nobody else knows about this picture and why the two officers have been charged with a crime.
