95-year-old veteran kicked out of nursing home to make way for migrant housing, lawmakers say

95-year-old veteran kicked out of nursing home to make way for migrant housing, lawmakers say. If you’re still not mad as hell about what’s going on at the US-Mexico border, this should do it.

A 95-year-old Korean War veteran said he was given less than two months’ notice to figure out where he was going to live after the nursing home he resided in was sold to become a facility for undocumented migrants.

Veteran Frank Tammaro joined Rep. Nicole Malliotakis, R-N.Y., a vocal critic of New York City’s handling of the migrant crisis, at a press conference on Monday to discuss the reported deal.

“The thing I’m annoyed about is how they did it, it was very disgraceful what they did to the people in Island Shores,” Tammaro said, referencing the assisted living facility he was in.

New York Supreme Court reinstates all employees fired for being unvaccinated, orders backpay

New York Supreme Court reinstates all employees fired for being unvaccinated, orders backpay. About time we got some uncucked judges who have brains.

The court found that “being vaccinated does not prevent an individual from contracting or transmitting COVID-19.” New York City Mayor Eric Adams claimed earlier this year that his administration would not rehire employees who had been fired over their vaccination status.

NYC alone fired roughly 1,400 employees for being unvaccinated earlier this year after the city adopted a vaccine mandate under former Mayor Bill de Blasio.

Many of those fired were police officers and firefighters.

New York to restrict gun carrying after Supreme Court ruling

New York to restrict gun carrying after Supreme Court ruling. This flies in the face of Bruen, but the Democrats will ignore SCOTUS as long as they can get away with it. In the meantime, every criminal in NYC will be praying on people who venture to Times Square.

Not stopping with guns: New York now enforcing whipped cream control

Whipped Cream Cannisters

Not stopping with guns: New York now enforcing whipped cream control. When whipped cream is outlawed, only outlaws will have whipped cream.

The chargers that propel whipped cream through a canister nozzle are filled with nitrous oxide gas, which can be inhaled to produce a high. The inhalant has long been a popular recreational drug – called “whippets” – among teenagers due to the availability of whipped cream canisters at grocery and convenience stores.

Because of this, the state prohibited the sale of whipped cream chargers to those under the age of 21 last November. The chargers themselves can be purchased for use in refillable whipped cream dispensers, but most people likely will notice enforcement of the law when they buy whipped cream packaged in a canister.

Donald Trump refuses to answer questions by AG James, claims he ‘did nothing wrong’

Donald Trump refuses to answer questions by AG James, claims he ‘did nothing wrong.’ This isn’t a prosecution, it’s persecution, just like yesterday’s panty sniffing raid by the FBI at his house in Florida.

“I declined to answer the questions under the rights and privileges afforded to every citizen under the United States Constitution,” Trump said in a statement, referring to the Fifth Amendment right against self-incrimination.

“I once asked, ‘If you’re innocent, why are you taking the Fifth Amendment?’” Trump said. “Now I know the answer to that question. When your family, your company, and all the people in your orbit have become the targets of an unfounded, politically motivated Witch Hunt supported by lawyers, prosecutors, and the Fake News Media, you have no choice.”

Hochul Advisory Listed Lee Zeldin Campaign Stops Before Attack, Called Him ‘Dangerous’ ‘Extremist.’  Hint! Hint! Calling all New York stabby libiots! Go get him!

Supreme Court shoots down NY rule that set high bar for concealed handgun licenses

Supreme Court shoots down NY rule that set high bar for concealed handgun licenses.

Well, it only took 22 years since the Heller decision. This should stop state fuckery with handing out concealed carry permits, not only in New York, but in California and other states that require “good cause” and “mental checkups.” We’ll wait and see what the Democrats try to pull to infringe upon our rights again.

Here is the SCOTUS opinion, written by Justice Thomas.

Norton: I’m Homeschooling My Kid Until the Government Buys Back The Guns That Are Out There. Well, yanking your child out of liberal schools is just horrid. Now the poor kid’s going to miss Drag Queen Story Hour.

Here’s Why Six People Said Nothing When the Buffalo Mass Shooter Told Them Of His Mass Murder Plan

Here’s Why Six People Said Nothing When the Buffalo Mass Shooter Told Them Of His Mass Murder Plan. So, no one wanted to out themselves as budding KKK members. This also makes us wonder if, and if so, how much the people in this chat room egged this guy on to do what he did.

Now, a new development in the investigation shows that Gendron told six people about his plan to commit a mass shooting some thirty minutes before the crime. One of the people in the group is a retired federal agent. NO ONE said anything. This could be the reason why (via Buffalo News):

Authorities believe the former agent – believed to be from Texas – was one of at least six individuals who regularly communicated with accused gunman Payton Gendron in an online chat room where racist hatred was discussed, the two officials said.

Judge Rules New York Attorney General Can’t Dissolve the NRA

Judge Rules New York Attorney General Can’t Dissolve the NRA. Part one of the witch hunt is over.

As Justice Joel Cohen’s ruling states . . .

The Complaint does not allege that any financial misconduct benefited the NRA, or that the NRA exists primarily to carry out such activity, or that the NRA is incapable of continuing its legitimate activities on behalf of its millions of members. In short, the Complaint does not allege the type of public harm that is the legal linchpin for imposing the “corporate death penalty.” Moreover, dissolving the NRA could impinge, at least indirectly, on the free speech and assembly rights of its millions of members.

65 percent of New Yorkers want tougher bail laws

65 percent of New Yorkers want tougher bail laws. Well, this is indeed shocking. We can’t imagine why they don’t want repeat offenders being released on no bail 100 times.

New York State voters want to see the controversial bail law tightened amid concerns about a surge in violent crime, a new poll released Tuesday reveals.

The vast majority of those polled, or 91 percent, said crime was a very serious or somewhat serious problem, according to the Siena College survey.

Of that number, 60 percent said crime is a “very serious” problem while another 31 percent said it’s a “somewhat serious” problem.

The worries about crime cut across all regions and racial groups.

Two-thirds of Blacks and Hispanics and 53 percent of whites also said they were very or at least somewhat worried about being the victim of a crime.

NYC crook with 44 prior arrests – including 16 in ONE DAY – is finally caught and charged with battering and robbing Thai model, 23, on Manhattan subway platform last November. This guy is a one-man crime wave. Whoever keeps releasing him and criminals like him should be in jail.

New York City man who has been arrested 44 times, including 16 times in a single day, has been charged with brutally attacking an aspiring model on a deserted Manhattan subway platform.

Kevin Douglas, 40, of Queens, was arrested on Thursday after police connected him to the attack of Bew Jirajariyawetch, 23, who was waiting for a subway train in Midtown on November 22 when Douglas allegedly beat and robbed her.

Shoplifting kills a Rite Aid — and maybe Manhattan’s comeback chances

A popular Rite Aid location in Manhattan has closed due to rampant shoplifting.

Shoplifting kills a Rite Aid — and maybe Manhattan’s comeback chances. This will continue as long as NYC has a stooge mayor and a Soros DA, who condone this.  Voting has consequences, something the left seems incapable of figuring out.

‘Null, Void, and Unenforceable’: NY Judge Strikes Down Governor’s Mask Mandate

‘Null, Void, and Unenforceable’: NY Judge Strikes Down Governor’s Mask Mandate. Aaaaand we have yet another judge who’s tired of this unconstitutional garbage.

A New York Supreme Court judge on Monday evening ruled that Gov. Kathy Hochul’s mask mandate for schools and public places is unconstitutional, declaring it “null, void, and unenforceable.”

“Neither the governor nor the state health commissioner had the authority to enact the mandate without the state legislature because Governor Hochul no longer has emergency powers,” Rademaker wrote in his order.

Well, that was quick, they found a cucked judge.

Republicans win 4 NYC council seats

Republicans win 4 NYC council seats. This is going to be filed under “Holy shit Batman!” We can’t wait to see the results.

Republicans won four contested City Council races in Brooklyn, Queens and Staten Island and had a shot at taking a fifth in a potential upset.

Republican Inna Vernikov thumped her Democratic opponent Steve Saperstein for an open seat In southern Brooklyn’s 48th Council District by nearly 30 points.

With 87 percent of the vote in, Vernikov, a 37-year-old lawyer and Ukraine native, garnered 10,768 votes, or 65 percent of the vote, to 5,870 votes, or 35 percent, for Saperstein.

She will succeed ex-Councilman Chaim Deutsch, who forfeited his seat earlier this year when he was convicted of tax fraud.

26 FDNY firehouses out of service over vaccine mandate staff shortage

26 FDNY firehouses out of service over vaccine mandate staff shortage. Here you go, folks. If NYC burns down as Chicago did in the 1800’s blame Big Bird De Blasio.

Rep. Nicole Malliotakis, a Republican who represents Staten Island and Brooklyn, tweeted Saturday that five of the companies were in her district — and said it’s Hizzoner who could have blood on his hands.

“If someone dies due to a slower emergency response, it’s on Bill de Blasio and his overreaching mandates. I hope this fool fixes it ASAP!” she tweeted.

New York Gun Violence Program Funneled $18 million to Unions, Created 20 Jobs So Far

New York Gun Violence Program Funneled $18 million to Unions, Created 20 Jobs So Far. So, the obvious question is where did all this money go?

Worker Education, a nonprofit group of 46 labor unions, would receive $18.5 million from the state to create 2,400 long-term jobs for young adults in communities distressed by gun violence.

But the program has so far created about 20 jobs.

NYC Restaurateurs: Business Down 40 to 60 Percent Due to Vaccine Mandate

NYC Restaurateurs: Business Down 40 to 60 Percent Due to Vaccine Mandate. Bastions of libtardism such as San Francisco and Los Angels will be next. O’Donoghuse’s even had to hire another employee to check COVID vaccinations. Meanwhile, the NYC subway is full of people and has no vax requirements.

New York City restaurateurs are complaining that their business has been slashed severely by the COVID-19 vaccine mandate, which requires people 12 and older to show vaccination proof for indoor dining, indoor fitness, and indoor entertainment.

Pre-pandemic, O’Donoghue’s Pub and Restaurant was a successful business that has been open for 10 years in Times Square, Manhattan.

Fergal Burke, the owner of O’Donoghue’s noticed that his business has seen “a massive drop,” since the vaccine mandate came into effect.

Disgraced former Gov. Andrew Cuomo was stripped of his Emmy Award on Tuesday due to sexual harassment allegations substantiated in the state attorney general’s probe that delivered the death knell to his gubernatorial reign.

Chris Cuomo goes on vacation as scandal swirls around the CNN anchor and his brother

Chris 'Fredo' Cuomo Meme

Chris Cuomo goes on vacation as scandal swirls around the CNN anchor and his brother. “Pre-planned vacation” seems more accurate. It was probably planned after one of his accusers filed a criminal complaint against his brother NY Governor Andrew Cuomo.

Chris Cuomo began an apparently pre-planned vacation from his CNN show Friday — as he faces flack for failing to mention his brother’s sexual harassment scandal on air.

9/11 families to President Biden: Don’t come to our memorial events

9/11 families to President Biden: Don’t come to our memorial events. Not to mention Joe would probably talk about Corn Pop and oatmeal.

Nearly 1,800 Americans directly affected by the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attacks are opposing President Joe Biden’s participation in any memorial events this year unless he upholds his pledge to declassify U.S. government evidence that they believe may show a link between Saudi Arabian leaders and the attacks.

The victims’ family members, first responders and survivors will release a statement Friday calling on Biden to skip 20th-anniversary events in New York and Shanksville, Pennsylvania, and at the Pentagon unless he releases the documents, which they believe implicate Saudi officials in supporting the acts of terrorism. The group says that as a candidate Biden pledged to be more transparent and release as much information as possible but that his administration has since then ignored their letters and requests.
