Yep I'm form PA, but never heard of him. I can tell you how he was elected though, he represents the Philly area. The only place this guy could get elected in Pa is in that area. It's sad really when you think about it, Philly was the birthplace of our independence, now look at it.
On a side note, Romney has a good chance of taking Pa. We got Republican control of the house and senate, and a GOP governor and Senator elected in 2010. We would be a really awesome Red state if it weren't for Philly and Pittsburgh. I guess we wouldn't have as many electoral college votes either.
