Guess Kalifornia has become a communist nation all to itself. They are no telling people what they can do in their private time if they are elected. Damn, somebody there needs to move part of the screw balls to DC and help control members in Congress as well. (See the top story)

Seeing what I have seen of Judges in Kalifornia, I think this might be a good idea..Very few are conservative and the majority are liberal nutcases so of which I have end their careers in a blaze of stupidity... A used car salesperson would be a better scout leader.
When a leftist says that it is fair to let homos be Boy Scout troop leaders I ask them if they think the same about hetero men being Girl Scout troop leaders. then I get called names. No counter argument but lots of insults.
I bet Sillyfornia doesn't have a ban on total morons being judges.
