At what point will Kalifornia stop and realize that all the socialistic shit they've signed on to is costing them money they no longer have? Obamacare is just the tip of the iceberg; there's a lot more crap floating just under the surface of the water, in that toilet bowl.

And remember, this warning comes from the Insurance Commissioner of a state which regards actuarial science as racist voodoo. The reality is that Obamacare is going to be a lot worse than he's predicting.
