California’s cap-and-trade carbon emission system may be failing. In addition to not even coming close to what they thought they’d rake in, they want to use some of this money (what money?) to send to some tribe in Brazil to make certain dogs don’t pee on a few trees. The sheer genius of Democrats rears its ugly head again.

Cap and trade/carbon credits are just a BS moneymaking scam. Do a search for Obama, Joyce Foundation and Chicago Climate Exchange. The latter went down in flames several years ago.
This crap would do this: Enrich those that engage in it, cost energy companies more and they will then pass those costs on to consumers. It won't do one. Single. Fvcking. Thing. For the environment. One of the biggest crocks of sh!t that has been sold to the public in recent memory outside of 0bamacare and The Patriot Act.
Failing at what? It's still funneling money to AlGore and the rest of his Big Green pals, which is exactly what is intended to do.
