The fastest thing the imbeciles can do is raise taxes, which they view as a panacea to all errors.
There is a very simple solution to this problem, all they need to do is cut back further on the water rations to the farmers. It's not like they really need it to grow food or anything. Once they run the farmers out of business, they will have plenty more room to run the high sped rail and build wind and solar farms.
Kalifornia has the Air Nazi's, the Water Nazi's, the tree Nazi's, the Gun Nazi's, the free speech Nazi's, the femanazi's. and the spy on your neighbor Nazi's.......Any day now I expect a brown shirt march thru Sacramento....
