That is the ugliest car whatever thing I have seen in a while. Why are people spending money creating stupid things like this?
It is actually a Smart car with an electric outboard motor!
The NHTSA gave it awesome safety ratings because there are no other cars for it to hit on the water!
I can't believe they've actually managed to produce something uglier than the Smart Car. More useful, granted, because we will be ready for when all those oceans start rising. /snork
