CBS doesn’t think the House suing the president is newsworthy. Meanwhile, NBC’s Brian Williams mentioned the lawsuit but thinks the GOP controls both houses of Congress. So which is better, ignorance or stupidity?

Given the fact that the 'law suit' will never go anywhere I'd say CBS is correct.
The D's will spend the next 4 years shopping judges to hear the case. Another rino waste of time and money. Hows about an nice big ole impeachment proceeding instead?
Why shop for a judge when you can appoint 1 that is crooked from the start?
The only reason Boehner is doing this is because he's up for reelection in 2014- campaign season is the only time he has to act anything like a conservative counterbalance- in order to fool the few Republican constituents who are still living under a damned rock and aren't aware of the valuable assist this Boehn-head has given the treasodent in the deliberate dismantling of the country and incremental subjugation of King Barack's subjects.
CBS is not a credible news operation, that's what I know.
