When has Obama obeyed ANY law?
Fort Detrick (USAMRIID) is the only place I know of that has both, the BSL-4 lab and BSL-4 patient facilities.
Emory has training for BSL-3 and BSL-4, but no BSL-4 lab nor patient care facility. So what are they doing with for air & water decontamination?, blood work, did they set up a lab within the room for blood work? Or are they sending it to the regular lab so the clinic personnel are exposed?

I did some more research and found this. There are 4 units designed to handle infectious diseases, USAMRIID, Emory Hospital, University of Nebraska Hospital, and a DOD facility in Hamilton, MT. Only USAMRIID is a true BSL-4 facility (includes morgue and incinerator within the containment area), Hamilton has most of the features. Both the Nebraska and Emory facilities have implemented features of BSL-3 and 4 facilities.

We can stop the Ebola here, but we must keep the government's hands out of it.
1. Seal the border, with each border state having responsibility.
2. Quarantine everyone coming across the border for a period of 6 months to make sure they're not infected.
3. Ship everyone not infected back to their home country.
