Aha! That explains why I had a cold in 1962!
Hmmm, 500 billion dollars pumped into the research arena would create a bunch of new jobs. Not plain ole' shovel ready jobs, but good high paying white collar jobs. The kind of jobs that will encourage a whole generation of young Americans to stay in school and strive for a better future..... yikes! I just got possessed by something there. I even had this thrill running up an down my leg.
