Chicago Weekend Gun Violence: At Least 8 Dead, 40 Wounded. Yet another mass media fail and why we hate the media. Nary a word about these shootings in Chicago, but 3 dead and 12 wounded at the Gilroy Garlic Festival in California is a disaster. Gavin Newsom, Becerra and the Democrats in Sacramento are busy cooking up new gun laws as we read, even though the gun was illegal in California as were the magazines that were purchased legally in Nevada and imported illegally into California. The Democrats are incapable of figuring out that criminals ignore laws.

Two things evident from the Gilroy shooting. Good guns effectively stop bad guns and gun free zones still don't work.
The media dropped the Gilroy story like a hot potato as soon as it became apparent that the shooter was not quite white.
It's very awkward for the media. He's half Iranian but they want to paint him as a white supremacist. What to do, what to do?
Maybe Gavin will send the Antifa panty raiders to invade and take over Nevada...He was on the news cussing about guns, never mind the shooter was an "Iranian" who hated white people...Fuck Newson, he has more loose screws than hardware store...
