Chief Justice John Roberts orders probe into ‘egregious’ leak of Supreme Court draft ruling in abortion case. This leaking rat should be prosecuted, locked up, and barred from being a lawyer for life.
Chief Justice John Roberts on Tuesday confirmed the authenticity of a leaked draft opinion suggesting the Supreme Court may be be poised to overturn the landmark 1973 Roe v. Wade case that legalized abortion nationwide. He ordered an investigation into what he called an “egregious breach of trust.”
In the high court’s first public comment since the draft was published late Tuesday, Roberts said “Although the document described in yesterday’s reports is authentic, it does not represent a decision by the Court or the final position of any member on the issues in the case.”
In a statement, he said, “To the extent this betrayal of the confidences of the Court was intended to undermine the integrity of our operations, it will not succeed.”
He added: “I have directed the Marshal of the Court to launch an investigation into the source of the leak.”

Wishy washy Roberts is all pissed off because his decorum was violated. So what is he going to do. Smack a hand for being naughty. Yet he and all most all the others have sat by and watched the sanctity of the ballot box be destroyed, claiming all along that there was no evidence or there was no standing. Guess he and the others have now found out that they too are subject to the rules interpretation of the reader of them. You see how quickly he sprang into action while letting Americans languish in gulag like settings. Denying them the Constitutional rights that Roberts proclaims to uphold.
The "investigation" should take two weeks. It will take the corrupt FBI two years at which time they will announce the indictment of the cleaning lady for stealing soap.
But they won't indict the cleaning lady until they put nine undercover cleaning ladies into the building to "help" her and talk incessantly about how she should steal some soap.
They should start their investigation by looking at one of the leftwing nutjobs on the court. But when has a federal agency ever used common sense?
