Why would they be happy? The Chi-coms will use the oil. It still gets used. If they are happy, it will be because they support China because, like them, they are communists.

Thanks to little barry, coal fired plants are going off line and new coal plants will not be built again.
He refuses to allow drilling -- again to make oil more expensive.
What little barry doesn't understand is that energy has been excessively high in Europe for as long as I can remember. The Europeans are currently abandoning the even more expensive alternative energy little barry is subsidizing here.
