The parking space, assessed at nearly $300,000, is attached to his condo with an amazing view of downtown Pittsburgh just upstairs. The newly assessed value of his condo is less than $230,000. Well, cities have gotta get the dough to make good on those pensions from somewhere. In post-Obama America, parking will be a luxury. Transformative!

Well, it is Pittsburgh after all. No operating steel mills means getting tax revenue from elsewhere!
So you are saying that the boy mayor, 31 year Luke Ravenstahl, is helping damage his city by siding with every union, left wing organization, & every tax raising idea? BTW, he was 26 when he was elected. I hear about how worthless he is from time to time on the Quinn & Rose. Which is on XM 166.
This fella ought to take a cue from the walmart customer and pay the taxes with the mil dol bill.

That is the job of the assessor, to raise revenues. If he does'nt, he's not seen as doing his job. Just like the cop that does'nt write traffic tickets.
Or the firemen, who leave cats up in trees.
