Not arguing or trying to start a fight, just a though; why not Trey Gowdy as a Supreme? I could go 'all in' for that one.
I think it was obvious that CNN picked this format specifically to make ALL of the candidates look bad (although some of them didn't need any help in that regard.) I think they wanted to knock Trump off of the top and depict them all as bickering idiots. Glad some of them didn't take the bait.
Drudge Report Poll Results on Who Won. they should dump the bottom 5 at least for the next debate. This one was about 3 hours and way too long.
My feeling is dump everyone from the kids table (early debate) and Huckabee, Kasich, Christie, Bush, and Paul, in no particular order.
Not sure why Huckabee is still hanging. I have to admit I even forgot Christie was running. Walker is a good Governor, but he has something wanting, he should go back to his Governorship for a little while longer.
What the hell is Carson talking about vs. AQ?????
He screwed that up badly. So far he is getting a pass. I thought it was very telling. He is a healer by nature not a warrior. I'm not sure he has the CinC make up necessary to do the job.
I hated there was no one with military experience on that stage.
We need assassins... benign assassins... but assassins nevertheless...
I just can't stomach the idea of watching CNN. Is Candy Crowley one of the moderators?

I think this debate is going well in spite of the CNN mods. Even the candidates I dislike have made good points.
The mods suck. When someone is making a good point that the left won't like, they try to cut them off.

Kinda off point, but not really, I always wondered why the R's agreed to go on CNN in the first place. I mean, 'conservatives' on CNN? Give me a break, what's the point? But then again we saw what the Fox chick tried to do on their channel.
Because the RINOs that run it are still laboring under the delusion they'll get liberal votes from gays, blacks, Hispanics, etc. Meanwhile they ignore their base. Then wonder why they lost the last 2 presidential elections.
Jake Tapper was awful. Totally agree.
It's one thing to talk a good game, it's another to keep your word. After 2010 and 2012, I'm dubious that will be the case.
I've always been something of a cynic when it comes to politicians, particularly after the last eight years.
