I've been told Robert Byrd left the KKK in 1946, and spent the rest of his life atoning for it, and the past doesn't matter.
In the same post, I've been told that Donald Trump's dad was arrested at a KKK rally.
I've also been told that Al Gore Sr's filibustering the 1964 Civil Rights Amendment is old news and doesn't matter, and the part about Byrd also filibustering it is being completely ignored.
I've even been scolded for the origin of my source material, while being attacked with "facts" gotten from Media Matters website.
Nothing matters to the proles, except what their version of Big Brother says.
