Cold Arctic summer leads to record increase in polar ice cap. There’s been a 60 per cent increase in the amount of ocean covered with ice compared to this time last year. Lest we forget, in December of 2009 Al Gore predicted an ice-free Arctic by 2014, so increasing amounts of ice in 2013 is very… inconvenient for him.

Damn right! They couldn't make it through. This is obviously due to global warming. Everyone immediately please send money to Al Whor...er..Gore and put a stop to this global warming er cooling er well whatever it is today.

Following the trend from last year, we should be at minimum ice area this week. We are still about 1.1 million sq km below the 1979-2008 mean, but there has been a dramatic increase (more than 1.5 Million sq km) since this time last year. Conversely, the Antarctic ice is near an all-time high. I think we will find that ultimately this has nothing to do with Anthropomorphic causes and is entirely driven by the Sun. Pretty basic stuff. When the sun gets warmer, the ice melts. When the Sun gets colder, the water freezes. I use this site to track fact vs crap. The Goracle is said to be suicidal and pacing the floor of his huge carbon footprint mansion and leaving all the lights on, running the furnace and air at the same time in order to accelerate global warming..Reports are that the Goracle is forming a climate swat team to attack and beat those non-believers with copies of his movie. Last reports are the Goracle is operating his climate fraud group out of an all you can eat buffet at Golden Corral.
