Forget unconvincing liberal demands that Clarence Thomas recuse himself from the ObamaCare case because his wife is a Tea Partyer. Ex-Obama operative Elena Kagan has a true conflict. Democrat attacks on Justice Thomas’s wife are a smokescreen to deflect attention from the fact Kagan was more than knee-deep in the Obamacare swamp.

So... I am a judge and my hubby is a socialist/republican/democrat... whatever... and whatever I am hearing at the time is a case that is a problem or a plus for whatever group my hubby belongs to, I can't hear it? Really? Some weak ass reason like that will make me recuse myself of a hearing? I mean if that is the case there would be no judges in any hearing because everyone is associated romantically at one point in their lives or whatever with someone or another. Now if I PERSONALLY got myself involved in something and I had A SAY and a cause to see that something fail or succeed that is totally completely different.

Kagan was the Solicitor General for Obamacare, a fact that even the most brain damaged (Which is most I'm afraid) Liberal can not argue with. A complete conflict of interest, and what's starting to show as yet another stupid move on Obummers part, because it has to recuse itself from this case.
Mr Kagan should have never been appointed to the court. He is in bed with Obungles, that was obvious from the start. He was involved in the Obungles death care debacle, and got some softball questions at His confirmation hearing. The Republicans dropped the ball on this guy.
