Appears to have already happened in this dingbats case.
I'd guess that all this raising the minimum wage crap would cause more financial hardship for women than any global warming would.
The only way a woman is forced into prostitution is if the government or private entities (many times with the government's allowance) takes away all liberties and rights from the woman.
With the ability to grow food, barter goods, commerce and the ability to work not sure how global warming would make any woman magically turn into a prostitute unless she wanted to and that is another story altogether.
How bad can that be--this country's been run by pimps and hos for the longest time.
